With more than twenty years in the music business, Adam built one of the most respected independent catalogs in the industry. He founded Watershed Music Group®, whose works have been recorded by Bethel Music, Kari Jobe, Maverick City Music, and others.
In 2023, he co-founded MadMan Records in Atlanta, expanding into the mainstream with projects involving Robin Thicke, Eric Bellinger, Olivia Holt, and others.
Beyond music, Adam has founded, co-founded, and invested in companies across industries guided by a simple philosophy: clear structure, meaningful ownership, and assets that compound over time.
