Three Things I've Learned

A piece of my story and how the future helps people:

Almost all of my professional journey has been in the music business, but from the angle and for the sole purpose of helping people...

...helping people and organizations worldwide by giving a large portion of my calendar consulting, reviewing and shaping contracts, organizing more metadata than most would even know what to do with, and managing a lot of money and tax compliance.

Heck, I even helped one record label catch up on 7-8 years of financial liabilities. Imagine what that was like!!

Much pressure has been endured, and much strength and growth have developed.

I want to point out three things I've learned over the years:

  1. Trust and respect are hard-earned, and it is a two-way street.

  2. Receiving help is hard if you do not understand the needed help.

  3. I enjoy helping people in meaningful ways.

This photo embodies my current posture of smiling at the past while laughing into the future.

Never give up, don't feel the need always to explain yourself, and stay in your lane with “the Dove” on your shoulder.

Carpenter Create has a lot unfolding and will slowly become public.

But, as it relates to the music industry, I'm excited about the broadened horizons, professional partnerships, and new levels of involvement in the entertainment business.

For some, this means another level of service. For others, this means continued education from someone who’s been around the block. And for me, it means a new era in my professional life.

In this new era, people will be grateful for the new level of service, those who Rick Pino and I teach/coach will be further strengthened, and the world will receive a grateful man in a good mood.
